RETURN POLICY

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return any product within 30 days. You can either exchange it for a different product1 or we’ll refund your money, less shipping costs — it’s totally up to you. Just contact us at Info@CFE-Tagman.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA), make sure the product(s) is in like-new condition, and pack everything securely in the original packaging. We’ll even pay for the return shipping2.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You may return merchandise or exchange it for a different product1 within 30 days of purchase. You may contact us by e-mailing us at Info@CFE-Tagman.com. We will notify you of your return or exchange, via e-mail, once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.
Returns must use a tracked shipping service. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for a lost package and will not issue a return unless the package has been received and tracking shows the package has been delivered. Lost packages are the responsibility of the sender.
MISSING REFUNDS
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@CFE-Tagman.com.
EXCLUSIONS
These policies do not apply to custom orders or contract sales, which are subject to the terms of the contract.
Backorder items may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange, except by agreement and/or payment of a 20% restocking fee.
Made to order items may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange. These items are made to order and as such returns will not be accepted. If an item is defective or arrived damaged please contact us and we will work to get you a replacement.
1 Exchanges will be honored for exchange of the same product only. If the item has been discontinued or is no longer in stock the buyer will receive a full refund minus shipping expenses.
 2 Items that are fragile and which are likely to have been damaged during shipping, such as framed prints, are not included in this offer. Reimbursement for returned shipping will only be granted for defective merchandise. There is no charge for returning merchandise and there is no re-stocking fee as long as all of the original packaging is complete and returned in like new condition. If an item is received in a condition other than “Like New” condition a 20% fee will be assessed on the purchase price.
