The Attendance Recognition Award Ribbon is an authorized ribbon award for the Chicago Police Department. Ribbon includes metal frame. Item does NOT include pin clutches with butterfly clasps, ribbon rack or any appurtenances (stars / oak leaves). Those items are sold separately.
Award Description: Granted to any Sworn or Civilian Department Member who, beginning January 1, 2004, for any thirty-six consecutive calendar month period, has not been on the medical roll, with the exception of IOD.
Presentation: This award is presented to Sworn Department Members in the form of a ribbon bar and certificate. Civilian Department Members are presented this award in the form of a lapel pin and certificate.
